our adoption process

Our cats and kittens are combo tested, spayed or neutered. They also receive all their vaccines for the first year. We treat them for parasites, they are on flea prevention, and they are microchipped. 

Our dogs and puppies are vaccinated, spay/neutered, microchipped and receive heartworm and flea prevention medicine. 

Look through our available animals. Make sure to read their bios to see if their personality and needs are a good match for your family.  

Our next step is filling our application.  Please fill in all information that applies, including your veterinarian information and tell us about your past pets. 

Once we receive your application we will start our reference checks. We call your vet to check on current pets and previous pets. 

If all reference checks go well we will then get you in contact with the foster parent. They'll ask you about what you're looking for to make sure their foster is the right fit for your home.

Our final step is a meet & greet.  This is to make sure the pet feels comfortable with you and your family and that you are comfortable with them. Please bring a carrier to the meet and greet.  All cats or kittens must be in a carrier to leave.

Once we know everyone is happy, we will finish the adoption paperwork, collect payment and you will have a new furry friend!
